This is a remote role (Netherlands)Mission and Brief of duties
- You are reporting directly to the Used Cars & Services Vertical Director, within a corporate team of 3 Sales. As Global Account Manager you oversee the acquisition and development of strategic accounts in the Used Cars & Services sector (such as rental / leasing / fleet / maintenance / digital platform / manufactures / agents / traders / importers / etc.) assigned to you…Your main responsibilities are:
- Define and implement the sales development strategy and the account plan for key account customers in the segment.
- Develop new business opportunities by actively researching new projects, new proposals, new partnerships and new solutions for your portfolio.
- Coordinate the solution design to respond to customer and prospect offers received globally for the entire FVL network,
- Actively participate as an expert in the evolution of the business by being proactive, creating and developing solutions adapted to customer needs or general market trends,
- Contribute to develop interactions and effective communication between the various departments of the company, for the purposes of commercial coordination (Commercial Management and Corporate Marketing, subsidiaries, operations and other stakeholders, etc.) to improve efficiency in operational and economic performance,
- Support subsidiaries sales teams and large accounts during negotiations with key customers.
- Ensure regular customer reporting and follow the various action plans.
- Master’s degree or equivalent on business school and / or logistics.
- You have a similar significant experience of at least 8 years in a position of Key Account Manager in the used cars market within an international structure and a matrix organization. You also have a good knowledge of the automotive supply chain and vehicle logistics sector.
- Through your experience in the Transport and Logistics sector you have developed solid knowledge of our trades and are experienced in business development. You are attracted by innovation and digital transformation.
- You have strong negotiation skills and leadership, and you are results oriented. You are a team player and able to work in a demanding environment. Finally, your interpersonal skills, your autonomy, honesty and transparency will be assets to allow you to fully succeed in this function.
- Your level of English is fluent to interact in a Group level.
- Frequent travelling internationally is to be expected (30%minimum)
