Over de functieOur client is looking for an experienced regional representative of spare parts. You will work in their headquarters in Almere.Your responsibility is to develop the parts business and supporting and expanding the after sales support capabilities of the dealers. You will report to the general manager of spare parts.Main responsibilitiesEnsure that all orders can be fulfilled correctly and that the correct part numbers, shipping plans and discount levels are uploaded; Answering technical questions by collaborating with the technical department; Collaborate with suppliers to resolve and then prevent outstanding spare parts issues in time; Monitoring the priorities of dealer orders based on their order request, think about stock orders or breakdown orders; Visit dealers, identify dealer SWOT and clarifying areas for improvement; Develop a regional parts sales and marketing strategy that helps dealers improve their after-sales service capabilities; Ensure the development and planning of sales promotional campaigns based on data-driven analytics; Check price levels by component category and make recommendations to stay competitive; Monitor dealer stock levels and make stock recommendations; List the parts recommendations for new dealers and new models; Provide parts system training to dealers; Propose and execute ideas to improve daily operations, think about systemisation, standardization and efficient workflowOver het bedrijfOur client is an international company whom specialises in manufacturing heavy machinery for construction. The manufacturing is in Japan.
